How to add additional notebooks and/or inserts

1. Open the current notebook to the middle.
2. Wrap the included rubber band here, wrap at the front of the new notebook and insert will be in front of the current notebook or at the back of it will be behind the current notebook.
3. Open the new notebook or insert to its middle, and slide it underneath the new rubber band.
